This very popular leverset is a high grade commercial leverset which has a tiebolt fixing.  It has a strong handle return spring and a longer lever handle than similar leversets.

L1 Lever complies with BCA codes and AS1428

Outside Function:  opened by lever when free.  Key unlocks both handles

Inside Function: opened by lever handle at all times.  by operating internal lever in locked position will release outside lever. Internal turnsnib locks and unlocks exterior lever.
