Lockwood 4801/70SC Slim-line, rectangular exterior brass plate. Satin Chrome finish, cylinder hole and '70' series lever handle.

Features and Functions: 

• exterior concealed fix plate with cylinder hole and 70 lever  
• Suit Lockwood 3782, Pentagon 3P82 and older 3580 series mortice lock. 
• slimline rectangular brass plate
• plate measures 186mm x 26mm 11.5mm
• plates are designed to fit back to back
• suits door thickness 32mm to 50mm
• for thicker doors longer screws and spindles are available
• finished in satin chrome

Note this is the handle and fixing plate for the outside of the door.
