Gatemaster Locking Stainless Steel Drop Bolt LDBSS

This substantial bolt on mounting dropbolt with concealed fixing is designed to secure double gates. Thanks to the ingenious design, the lifting plate will sit between the two gate leaves making sure the dropbolt cannot be lifted unless the gate is unlocked.

This Gatemaster LDBSS dropbolt is a bolt on version to suit metal or timber gates.

• Easy to fit – Needs just two 15mm holes in the gate and fixed with the expanding fasteners provided.

• Innovative and secure – Once the dropbolt is lowered and rotated, closing the second gate prevents the dropbolt being unlocked.

The drop bolt is lowered and rotated so that the lifting plate folds across the edge of the first gate. The drop bolt is now locked in position when closing the second gate prevents the drop bolt being unlocked. The second gate can now be locked to the first gate with a standard gate lock. The gates can therefore not be spread apart because the drop bolt is locked in position.
