The ES9000 overcomes the real life issue of side pressure, commonly known as pre-load, easily opening with up to 25kg of pre-load applied to the strike. Pre-load is commonly caused by pulling on a door before it unlocks, by the weight of warped or drooping doors or by differential air pressure created by heating and cooling systems.

Configuration:

The strike is easily configured on site from fail safe to fail secure.

Power to Open (Fail Secure)
When power is supplied to the strike, the unit is unlocked. If power fails, the strike is locked and the door is secure

Power to Lock (Fail Safe)
When power is supplied to the strike, the unit is locked. If power fails, the strike is unlocked, and the door is unlocked for exit
